Do you want to try out the Pro or Plus subscription without signing up for a subscription? Or discover the Pro features if you already have a Plus subscription?

That is possible! Then sign up for the 30-day trial period for Plus or Pro. After 30 days, your (free) subscription will automatically be reverted to your current subscription.

Plans

What are the limitations if I want to use Keeping for free?

You can have a maximum of 1 user in your Keeping organization. You don't have access to the features from the Plus, Pro or Enterprise plan. There are also limits on the number of active tasks and projects. You do, however, enjoy full access to time tracking in Keeping, including the mobile apps, the Chrome extension and the Firefox add-on. See the comparison page for all the differences.

Plans

Can I switch back to the Free plan from a Plus or Pro subscription?

Yes, you can! Say you've chosen our Plus or Pro subscription, and later decide you'd like to switch to our Free plan after all – that's possible!

From the Plus or Pro subscription, you can always downgrade to the free version. Please note: you can then have a maximum of 1 user in your organization. You can always choose to cancel your subscription immediately, or do so once the current subscription period ends. If you choose not to wait and downgrade immediately, we'll make the overpaid amount available as credit that you can use for future payments.

Security

How is my data secured?

All data in Keeping is stored in an encrypted database. In addition, all data traffic between you and Keeping goes over a secure and encrypted SSL connection. This also applies to the Android and iOS apps, the Google Chrome extension, and the Firefox add-on.

Switching

What should I do when I want to switch to a different time tracking system later on?

You can export all your data from Keeping and import it into another time tracking system (provided it supports this). After that, you can have your data removed from Keeping if you wish. You can do this by deleting your account in the settings under "My account".
