The member overview clearly indicates which teams they are linked to. This way, you can always see at a glance which teams your staff belong to.

When using teams, you can easily link teams to projects. With one click, you can link all team members within the team to a project.
Want to make exceptions for some team members? In the same overview, you can uncheck the team members that should not be linked.
Pro Reports
With the team report, you can see exactly what your team has worked on. You can click through to underlying entries. The underlying entries can be downloaded as a PDF, Excel, or CSV file within Keeping.
