  • New terms and conditions with version tracking

    The terms and conditions for Keeping have been updated. We have added version control for future changes.

  • Pagination for submitted hours
    Previously, all pending entries were displayed in a single list. Now, a structured list is shown with a maximum number of time entries per page.
    If there are too many entries on a page, they will now be displayed on the next page.

  • Improved team member search bar in the timesheet
    The team member search bar now has a more minimalistic look.
    You can easily search for team members whose timesheet you are allowed to view without it taking up too much space on the page.

  • User status indicator consistency across the application
    Previously, the indicator showing what team members were doing in Keeping was not always consistent.
    This has now been fixed.

  • Select contacts from other accounting software in Invoices

  • Budget can now also be set on a weekly basis

  • Bug fix for submitted hours where the status of entries was not always updated correctly
