Keeping customers can now set a rate for their team members. Additionally, we have added some formatting to invoices and improved the UX of the timesheet (My Hours).

Various improvements have been made to Keeping in July.

  • Rate for team members

    The rate that could previously be set for clients, projects, and tasks can now also be set for team members.
    Additionally, a setting has been added to specify which rate takes priority in calculations.

  • UBL format added to invoices

    When receiving a monthly Keeping invoice, the invoice is now included as a UBL file in addition to .pdf, making it easier to import into your accounting software.

  • UX improvement in Timesheet navigation

    Navigation within "My Hours" has been improved. When scrolling, the navigation bar becomes more compact, taking up less space.

  • Invite team members based on your own role

    To prevent a coordinator from inviting themselves as an administrator, the selectable access level when inviting a team member has been adjusted to ensure it does not exceed your own level. A safer approach.
