Lost two-step verification access

Have you secured your account with two-step verification but lost access to the device you used? You can still log in using backup codes. You printed and saved these when you set up two-step verification.

To use a backup code, press "Use a backup code" in the Two-Step Verification window.

Backup codes cannot be used to log in to the iOS and Android apps.

⚠️ Successfully logged in with a backup code? Make sure to set up a new two-step verification method immediately or disable the extra security layer. You can only log in with a backup code once. For this reason, we provide ten different codes.
