Download reports as Excel, CSV or PDF
Every report in Keeping can be downloaded in the format you need, with settings for your logo, hour format and separators, among others.
Download your report in the right format
Viewing a report in Keeping is one thing, but often you also want to share the figures with a client, process them in another system, or simply print them. That's why every report can be downloaded as an Excel, CSV or PDF file, with settings you adjust yourself at the moment of downloading.
Choose your file type
Via the Download button on a report, you open the download settings. There you first choose the file type:
- Excel file: handy for further calculations or filtering.
- CSV file: ideal for importing into another system.
- PDF file: ready to share or print, for example to a client.
Adjust the title and display
You can give the report its own title instead of the default title. You also configure:
- whether identifiers (IDs) are shown;
- whether the code is shown;
- whether your company logo appears on the document.
Hour format and separators
Because not everyone uses the same notation, you choose yourself:
- Hour format: display in hours and minutes (for example 196:30) or in decimals.
- Decimal separator: a comma (1234,56) or a period (1234.56).
This way, the downloaded file always matches the way you or your client want to read the figures.
