New: vertical menu and general search

Keeping's navigation has been renewed with a vertical menu you can collapse, and a search bar that lets you search through all of Keeping.

More calm, more focus

Keeping's navigation has been renewed. Instead of a menu at the top, you now work with a vertical menu on the left side. This brings more focus to what matters most: tracking your hours. The menu at the top has therefore disappeared, leaving more room and calm for the page itself.

The vertical menu also lets you navigate to the right page faster.

Prefer the familiar view? Via your account settings you can activate or deactivate the vertical menu yourself.

Decide for yourself how much menu you see

Prefer even more calm on screen? You can collapse the vertical menu with a single click into a narrow bar of icons. Want to see all sections at a glance, including the submenus? Then expand the menu again.

Search through everything

Besides the new menu, a general search bar has also been added at the top of every page. This lets you not only navigate quickly to a section such as "My hours" or "Settings", but also search through all of Keeping.

For example, type the name of a project, client or setting, and the search bar immediately shows matching results — including a direct link to the page you need.

The benefits of the new menu and search function

• More focus on tracking hours; No more menu at the top, but a calm vertical menu on the side.
• Decide the amount of menu yourself; Collapse the menu for more calm, or expand it for more overview.
• Find what you need faster; One search bar to search through all parts of Keeping.
