Connect with Nmbrs and Pay Your Employees Accurately
Starting today, you can transfer hours logged in Keeping to the correct employees in Nmbrs with just a few clicks for easy and seamless payroll processing.
A Plus subscription with Keeping is required to link with payroll software. Additionally, a separate Nmbrs account is required. A Nmbrs subscription, if needed, is not included.
What is Nmbrs?
Nmbrs is software for HR and payroll-related tasks for your company. With Nmbrs, you can perform tasks online like paying employees, along with various other HR-related capabilities.
Combining Keeping Time Tracking with Nmbrs Payroll
For employees paid based on hours worked, it’s now easy to transfer hours to Nmbrs payroll software with just a few clicks.
Simply connect Keeping to your Nmbrs organisation via the settings once, and from then on, you can select employees for payroll processing from your team overview in Keeping. Keeping then matches the correct individuals from your organisation in Nmbrs based on your team members in Keeping.
We match these individuals by name, showing which team members can be paid for a given period and for how many hours worked. Then, in just a few clicks, you can enter your Nmbrs environment to generate and send a payslip.
When to Use the Nmbrs-Keeping Integration
The Nmbrs integration with Keeping is best used if you pay employees based on hours worked. That means these employees should be set up in Nmbrs to be paid based on their gross/net hourly wage. In Keeping, these employees appear as "Flexcontract" employees.
Employees with other contract types are currently excluded from this Nmbrs integration.
