Use your time tracking data from Keeping to pay employees easily and precisely. With just a few clicks, you can send the correct hours to the right individuals in Employes.
To integrate with payroll software, you need at least the Keeping Plus plan. Additionally, a separate Employes account is required. A necessary Employes subscription is not included.

Use Your Time Tracking Data to Pay Employees Accurately
Employees paid by the hour rely on accurate time tracking to determine their payroll amounts each period. Now, you can take the time data recorded in Keeping and send it directly to Employes, making it easy and accurate to record hours worked and generate payroll slips.
You can connect Employes to your Keeping organisation through a one-time setup in settings. Afterward, you can select payroll processing in the team overview. The names of your Keeping team members are used to automatically retrieve the correct individuals from Employes.
We then match the names retrieved from Employes with your Keeping team members to automatically create accurate hour selections for each employee. This allows you to see the hours each team member has worked in a specific period before sending the data to Employes. With a few clicks, you can send everything over and generate payroll slips in Employes.
Which Employees Can Be Paid?
The Employes integration is ideal for employees paid based on hours worked, such as hourly workers. These employees, with the appropriate contract type, appear in Keeping under the Flexible Contract label.
Employees with other contract types are currently excluded from this Employes integration.
