New: Tag functionality. Add more depth to your time tracking

With Keeping's projects and tasks, you can structure your time tracking effectively. Now, with the new tag functionality, you have even more flexibility to add detail to your time tracking.

The Tag Functionality

With the new tag functionality, you can assign one or more tags to each time entry. This is very useful when you want to link a single time entry to multiple areas you’re tracking. For instance, think of the tag "WBSO", where you haven’t created a specific task or project. Previously, you might have used a single WBSO task, but now you can easily assign the standard tag "WBSO" to a task, such as "Research." Because tags are project- and task-agnostic, you can make multiple tasks and/or projects accessible for different tags.

Working with Projects or Not?

The tag functionality is available for any organisation or team with a Pro subscription. Do you work with projects and tasks? Then tags can be used to add more detail to your time entries. If you or your organisation doesn’t work in a project-based structure but still wants to bring more organisation to time tracking, tags are also useful. No matter how you set up Keeping, tags offer flexibility and are universally applicable.

Easy to Create

You can easily create new tags. Additionally, you can set standard tags per project and/or task so that they are automatically added to each time entry.
