Calendar Integration

Time registrations in Outlook.com

To link your time entries to your calendar, you need at least a Plus subscription.

This support article assumes the web version of Outlook, available at Outlook.com.

View Your Time Entries in Your Outlook.com Calendar

Open Keeping and go to My Hours.
This is the "My Hours" overview; click the iCal subscription button here
Above your hours overview, you’ll see the iCal Subscription button on the right.

Copy the Calendar Integration Link

Using the right-click button on your computer or laptop, you can copy the calendar link address.
Use the button to copy the link address
Click on Copy Link Address

NOTE: The link you just copied is your personal hours link. Ensure that this link is known only to you. Anyone with this link can import your hours into a calendar application in the same way.

Open Your Outlook.com Calendar

In the menu, click on the Import calendar button.

Navigate to the "From Internet" Tab

Paste the link you copied from Keeping into the top field. Then, give the calendar a name.
Enter the correct details to subscribe to the calendar
Click on Import.

Successful Connection

You will see the following message when subscribing to your new calendar is successful.

Your Outlook.com calendar is now linked to your Keeping organisation.
