Granting Team Members Access to Project Reports

This support page assumes that projects are enabled. It can be useful to grant a team member access to the report view of a project. This way, the team member can gain insight into the distribution of hours and, if enabled, the task distribution within a project.

An organisation administrator can edit the relevant project by navigating to Settings → Projects and clicking on the project name or going to the edit page via Actions → Edit. Then, under Advanced, accessible via the arrow below the project name text field, the linked team members can be managed.

The linked team members can be managed via the edit page of projects.

The column 'Can see project report?' relates to the accessibility of the project reports. Any team member with a checkmark has access to the report view of the current project. For organisation administrators, the checkmark is always gray and cannot be changed, as organisation administrators always have access to the report view of all projects. For team members who are not administrators, an organisation administrator can choose to grant them access.
