Update: Our Fair Pricing Model Has Slightly Changed
Our fair pricing model has been updated. The minimum number of active users will now be one instead of zero. This change provides more clarity.
From 0 to 1 Active User
Starting April 1, 2025, our fair pricing model will change. Currently, an organization can have 0 active users and pay nothing for the subscription. From April 1, 2025, the minimum number of active users per subscription will be one.
This applies to subscriptions created on or after April 1, 2025.
Why This Change?
There are two main reasons for this update:
- Keeping stores all data for organizations that are no longer actively using Keeping, without charging for it;
- Organizations with no active users could still receive a bill if activity is later detected.
The second point often causes confusion. To provide clearer service, we’ve decided to invoice for at least one active user for any active subscription.
This ensures it’s always clear that a Keeping subscription is active.
Deleting an Organization
If you no longer use Keeping, you can easily switch to the free subscription. You can also delete your organization.
Optionally, you can back up all data by exporting all time entries.
Benefits of This Change
- It’s always clear when a subscription is active;
- No more surprise invoices.
