Keeping is Out of Beta!

We’ve had an amazing year with the beta version of Keeping. After numerous improvements and optimizations, thanks to our incredible beta users, we’ve decided it’s time to take Keeping out of beta!

Keeping is Out of Beta!

On February 1, 2017, through our first blog post, we introduced Keeping to the dynamic world of entrepreneurs in the Netherlands. The vision for Keeping was—and still is—to provide in-depth support to entrepreneurs for managing their administration in an intuitive and user-friendly way. Keeping faced the enormous challenge of creating a platform that entrepreneurs could trust to track their time records and more. As entrepreneurs, we understand the challenges and pitfalls of time tracking within an organisation. With Keeping, we have translated these insights into a simple user interface with a no-nonsense approach: everything must be directly accessible and usable. As an entrepreneur, you rely on the information available within your business, which is why we emphasize making relevant time-tracking information readily available with Keeping.

Since the start of our journey to build a comprehensive platform, we’ve been inundated with positive and constructive feedback from entrepreneurs using Keeping to track time. This feedback has motivated us to work hard every day to create a platform for entrepreneurs in the Netherlands—a commitment we will continue to uphold.

We want to thank everyone who signed up during this beta period; your feedback has been invaluable in developing Keeping! As a thank-you, we have a message for all beta users.

The Future of Keeping

To ensure the quality of Keeping, we primarily focus on features that we know are crucial for entrepreneurs. Our priority is delivering high-quality, reliable functionalities. Time-tracking, reporting, and team functionalities must work consistently. By being selective with additions, we retain the speed and simplicity for which Keeping was developed.

To remain competitive and continue growing, we’re introducing some exciting changes to Keeping in the coming months. Here’s a preview of some of these updates.

In 2018, we will introduce improvements to the following four areas of Keeping:

  1. Fair Pricing Model
  2. External References (& Browser Extensions)
  3. Smart Tags (Invoicing, Overtime, and More) - more information coming soon
  4. Updates (Timesheet & Android and iOS Apps) - more information coming soon

We at Keeping are thrilled about the new year, and we hope you’ll be there with us!
Stay tuned to the blog for updates and improvements!
