Do I have a beta organisation?
Beta Users Could Use Keeping for Free for an Extended Period Following the Launch on February 12, 2018
The information on this page only applies if you registered your organisation during Keeping’s beta period (before 12-02-2018).
End of Beta Period
The beta period officially ended on February 12, 2018. If you registered your organisation during this time, we would like to thank you for trusting Keeping! We received an incredible amount of feedback, which helped us create a strong development plan for 2018. More improvements are on the way!
Gift from Keeping
As a thank-you for your feedback and trust, we’ve decided to give you an extended free period of Keeping usage: you can use Keeping free of charge until October 4, 2019. Active beta organisations have received a 'beta tester' status, making them eligible for this free period.
During this free period, until October 4, 2019, your organisation can use the former "Standard subscription."
Option to Subscribe
From September 4, 2019, you’ll have a month to switch to a subscription to continue using Keeping after October 4. If no subscription is chosen by October 4, 2019, you will automatically switch to the free subscription (2018-2019 version).
NOTE: If your organisation has more users than the free subscription allows, excess users will be automatically archived. The organisation owner will not be archived, and users will be archived based on their most recent activity, so the most recently active user will not be archived (as long as space allows).
Is My Organisation Eligible?
You should have received an email from us if your beta organisation qualifies for the free period. If you didn’t receive this email but registered during the beta period, please let us know via [email protected].
If you’re not eligible, you can view our subscription options on the pricing page.
