Integrate with e-Boekhouden.nl

To connect with an invoicing program, you need at least a Keeping Plus subscription. A separate e-Boekhouden.nl account is required. Any necessary e-Boekhouden.nl subscription is not included.

Keeping can be linked to one or more administrations in e-Boekhouden, enabling easy alignment between time tracking in Keeping and invoicing in e-Boekhouden.

Getting Started with Integration

Navigate to the integration settings for your Keeping organisation via Settings → Organisation → Integrations. Choose e-Boekhouden.nl from the list of possible invoicing integrations. Select the integration you want

Granting Permission for the Integration

After clicking the green "Start Connecting" button, you will be redirected to a new page where you need to enter your e-Boekhouden.nl organisation details. Follow the instructions provided on the page to locate the necessary details. Enter the requested information and follow the instructions (Click the green button Connect with e-Boekhouden)

Select an Administration

After entering the correct information, you will have the option to choose an administration. Select the administration with which you want to establish the invoicing connection. Choose an administration to connect with (Click the green button Connect with e-Boekhouden)

View Linked e-Boekhouden.nl Organisation(s) in Keeping

You will then be automatically redirected back to your Keeping environment. Here you can see that the connection with e-Boekhouden.nl has been successfully established. Confirm this by checking the overview under Current Invoicing Connections. Congratulations! Your Keeping organisation is now linked to your e-Boekhouden.nl organisation. You can now create invoices in e-Boekhouden based on hours tracked in Keeping, or link an existing invoice from e-Boekhouden.nl to specific hours in Keeping.

Linking Multiple Organisations

If you wish to connect with different administrations simultaneously, you can do so by following the steps from Getting Started with Integration for each additional administration you wish to connect.
