What if the connection to a billing program is lost?

To connect with an invoicing program, you need at least Keeping Plus. Additionally, a separate account for the invoicing program is required. Any necessary subscription for the invoicing program is not included.

Why is an Integration Inactive?

Occasionally, an integration with an invoicing program may become inactive. This happens when Keeping and the invoicing program are unable to connect. If it’s a temporary error, Keeping will usually resolve this issue automatically.

Reconnecting

It’s also possible that authorization was revoked from the external invoicing program. In that case, click the Try to Reconnect button. You’ll be redirected to the authorization screen of the respective invoicing program. Note that you may need to wait up to 5 minutes before the reconnection can be established.

Fully Disconnecting

If you do not want to reconnect, you can choose to disconnect an inactive invoicing integration. To do this, click the Disconnect button in the menu. You will then see a confirmation screen to confirm you want to disconnect. WARNING: Disconnecting will delete all associated invoices from Keeping. This action cannot be undone.
