Integrate with Moneybird

To link with an invoicing program, you need at least a Keeping Plus subscription. Additionally, a separate Moneybird account is required. Any necessary Moneybird subscription is not included.

With Keeping, you can link your organisation to one or more administrations in Moneybird, making it easy to connect hours from Keeping to invoices in Moneybird.

Getting Started with the Link

Navigate to the integration settings of your Keeping organisation via SettingsOrganisationIntegrations. This is how you link Moneybird with your Keeping organisation.

Granting Permission for the Link

After pressing the green "Start Linking" button, you will be redirected to the Moneybird environment, where you can grant permission to link Keeping with your Moneybird administration (you may need to log in with your Moneybird account first). Grant Keeping permission to link (Press the blue Allow button)

View Your Linked Moneybird Administration(s) in Keeping

Afterward, you will automatically be redirected back to your Keeping environment, where you’ll see that the link with Moneybird was successful. You can confirm this by checking the overview under Current Invoice Links. Congratulations! Your Keeping organisation is now linked to your Moneybird administration. You can now, for example, create an invoice in Moneybird based on hours in Keeping, or link an existing invoice from Moneybird to specific hours in Keeping. Read all about it on the Moneybird page.

Can I Also Link Multiple Administrations?

You can link multiple administrations to your Keeping organisation in the same way. You then decide which administration you use to invoice which hours!
