Automatic archiving of excess users in the free plan

Users exceeding the allowed amount for the free version are automatically archived.

This information applies to organisations with more than one user who cancel their subscription and switch to the free version.

Automatic Archiving

If your organisation has more than one user and you switch to the free version, the additional users will automatically be archived after 14 days. These users will no longer be able to log in.

The organisation ownerwill receive an email confirming the automatic archiving.

The organisation owner is never archived.

Manual Archiving

You can always choose to manually archive users, allowing you to select who is archived and when. This gives you control over when someone can no longer access your organisation’s Keeping environment.

Reactivating Users

Archived users can be reactivated at any time by switching to a subscription plan, such as our Plus subscription.
