The standard subscription

On September 4, 2019, we phased out the Standard subscription.

The Standard subscription allowed you to add additional users to your organisation for €9.40 per user/month (monthly subscription) or €8 per user/month (annual subscription) starting from the third user. This subscription was introduced immediately after the end of Keeping’s beta period. Its features are equivalent to the current Free version, with the addition of the audit trail.

Existing users can continue using this subscription. Beta users also retain the option to choose this plan.

If you still have the Standard subscription with 8 or more users in your organisation, consider upgrading to the Plus subscription. You’ll get more features at a lower subscription rate. For 7 or fewer users, the Standard subscription may still be slightly more economical than Plus.

We Only Count Active Users

You only pay for active users based on our fair pricing model. This is fully automated, ensuring you never overpay. At least 3 users must be active; otherwise, the Standard subscription is completely free.
