Current Subscriptions
Free
The free version of Keeping is designed for freelancers, allowing them to use Keeping’s essential features at no cost. The free subscription is limited to 1 user per organisation.
Plus
The Plus subscription in Keeping is suitable for both freelancers and teams. Unique features were added with the introduction of this plan. The Plus subscription has no limit on the number of users you can add. You only pay for active users, following our fair pricing model.
Pro
The Pro subscription is ideal for teams, as it includes features tailored for larger teams, such as time submission and approval, options to restrict team time entries, and a team activity log. Like the Plus subscription, it has no limit on user numbers, and you pay only for active users based on our fair pricing model.
Plus and Pro Subscription Trial Period
With the 30-day trial Plus or Pro subscription, you can discover Keeping without obligation. You do not need to enter payment details if you have the free subscription, and the trial subscription expires automatically. After it expires, the free or existing subscription becomes active again. This trial subscription is available for both new and existing Keeping organizations.
Archived
Do you want to retain all your data and functions? Then you can archive the organization. In that case, no time entries can be recorded, nor can other activities take place that normally fall within the subscription. The cost is €0.75 per active user per month.
No active users within the Plus, Pro, and Enterprise subscriptions (pre-April 1, 2025)
Organizations registered after April 1, 2025, have at least 1 user within a subscription for whom costs are charged. More about this change can be found here.
Organizations registered before April 1, 2025, may have 0 active users within an active subscription, meaning no subscription costs were charged (anymore). This continues to apply to these organizations.
Phased-Out Subscriptions
Enterprise (No longer offered)
The Enterprise subscription in Keeping was designed for larger organisations, providing custom integration options with Keeping. This subscription required a minimum of 50 users. For organisations with fewer than 50 active users, the minimum payment was still for 50 users; above this, the fair pricing model applied, as with the Plus- and Pro plan.
Standard 2018-2019 (No longer offered)
The Standard plan allowed you to add extra users to your organisation for €10.50 per user/month (monthly subscription) or €9 per user/month (annual subscription) starting from the third user. At the time of introduction, the features were identical to the then-current free version, with the addition of the audit trail. Currently, the Standard plan's features are equivalent to the Pro plan because the prices of this plan have become comparable due to indexation.
From September 4, 2019, this plan is no longer available to new users. Existing users may continue with this plan.
Free 2018-2019 (pre-September 4, 2019, no longer offered)
The Free version from 2018-2019 allowed up to two users to use Keeping’s basic features, similar to the current Free version but with the added audit trail.
As of September 4, 2019, this version is no longer available to new users. Existing users can retain this version, and organisations that began using Keeping before this date will revert to it upon subscription cancellation.
Free 2019-2024 (pre-October 15, 2024, no longer offered)
The Free version from 2019-2024 offered you the ability to use the basic functions in Keeping with one user, without limitations on the number of tasks and projects.
As of October 15, a limitation has been added to the number of tasks and projects. This is to create more distinction between the Free and Plus subscriptions.
Beta 2017-2019 (No longer offered)
The Beta version allowed free use of Keeping (as the Standard subscription) for the beta duration. After the beta ended, this free period was extended until October 4, 2019.
This subscription is no longer active. On October 4, 2019, it automatically transitioned to the Free 2018-2019 subscription.
