When should I get a Keeping subscription?

Want to Use Keeping with a Team?

If you want to collaborate within the same Keeping environment, you need to subscribe. For example, you can choose our Plus Subscription. This subscription is suitable for teams and provides access to additional features not available in our Free version.

Have you been using Keeping since the beta period? Then you can also choose the Standard Subscription to use Keeping with a team.

Want to Integrate with Invoicing or Project Management Programs?

To access features like invoicing integration or project management integrations, you need at least the Plus Subscription.

How Do I Subscribe?

The organisation owner is the only user in the Keeping environment who can subscribe or adjust subscriptions. Are you the organisation owner? Then you can subscribe by navigating in your Keeping environment to Subscribe under the user menu,

via the settings panel,

or directly when inviting a new team member.

Want to Use Keeping for Free?

Then there’s no need to subscribe. Free use of Keeping has some limitations. You can have a maximum of one user in a Keeping environment, so effectively, you’ll use Keeping alone. Additionally, our free version does not provide access to the extra features offered by our Plus Subscription. However, you can still take advantage of most functions solo, like time tracking and reporting.
